Stockton - Block 5

For this development in downtown Stockton, IB+A is providing architectural services as well as extensive project management and community outreach services. The development comprises over half of one entire city block, and the program includes a 500-car parking facility on 9 decks, a 9-story, 100,000 sf office building, street-level retail, and the renovation and adaptive re-use of several historic structures into 66 condominiums and live-work lofts.
