Designing Homes in Sea Ranch

IB+A has been engaged to design two single family homes located in the historic Sea Ranch area of California. 

Located on a hill overlooking the ocean, this concept design features 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The primary living areas and master suite are located on the upper level to take advantage of the ocean and forest views. The ground floor has been planned to include a large study and bedroom that can be utilized as an in-law or guest rental suite.
