Born to a Turin home, the focus of Alessandro’s subject matter has always been rooted in architecture and the decorative arts. He studied Architecture at the Politecnico of Milan, in Australia at UWA, and Poland at Politechnika Krakowska. Over time he has become more interested in geometric forms, the relationships and proportions between them, the atmosphere and the perception of the spaces.
Before joining ib+a, Alessandro spent a year working in Poland on both projects and competitions for housing and public spaces. In addition, he has over nine years of experience working in Italy, primarily based in Milan. While there his focus was retail, commercial, and single-family renovation and restoration.
In his free time Alessandro explores his passion for photography and the arts. For him this has become another way of exploring how to achieve the architectural project, the quality of the volumes and natural light.
