Cole Street Residence

This renovation of a private rear yard was designed to maximize the Clients' privacy and minimize unsightly views of neighboring buildings. To accomplish this, decorative screen walls with integrated planters and lighting were added to create a luxurious and modern outdoor experience. The rear yard features a sitting area, dog run, upgraded finishes and landscaping, and new outdoor kitchen.
